Scope: Demo of the 5,000 sq. ft. of space on the second floor of the building. Construct new walls to make offices for the incoming Parks Department
Work Performed: E Contractors scope entailed installation of metal framing, drywall, painting, acoustical ceiling, new light fixtures, new electrical wiring, new door frames, doors and hardware. Data wiring for new outlet locations and constructing a new server room were tied in to a new weather tower station with all wiring running back into the main building to panels and computers. Additionally, E Contractors installed new flooring, carpet tiles, VCT and a new base as well as installed new HVAC and rerouted of all the existing duct work to make use of the new room lay out.
Schedule and Delivery: The project was scheduled for 120 days and was completed on time.
